Ortiz Performance offers its customers a "One-Time Priority Service" as an add-on to their custom datalogged support for those customers who want to quickly receive their tunes to reduce downtime or prepare for an event.
Typical tune requests and revisions are handled on a first come, first serve basis and carries a standard processing time of 48-72 hours Monday-Friday.
With this priority service, new customers will receive the following -
- 1 Base File & 1 revision within 24 hours, & typically same day if ordered before 1pm CST.
With this priority service, current customers will receive the following –
- 2 file revisions within 24 hours & typically same day if ordered before 1pm CST.
To expedite completion, please ensure that you have fresh oil, fresh spark plugs, no CELs, or any other mechanical issues that may limit our ability to complete your request.
